This Code 3 item was made by a German enthusiast, as a limited edition of 15, and comes in a specially designed cardboard display box featuring scenes from the series. This is No. 3 of 15.

The Mini Moke model is based on a right hand drive Universal Hobbies Mini Moke. The front bonnet has a small "The Prisoner" label and above the grille is a tiny silver on black "Moke" badge. The front and rear number plates read 'TAXI". At the rear the rear lights are in orange and red.

The interior is black plastic. The seats have been picked out with blue centres, the suitcase on the rear seat is brown and the driver is wearing  a light blue suit, black shoes and has flesh coloured face and hands with brown hair. The front and rear glazing is clear and is part of the White and Blue striped plastic roof casting.

All wheels appear to consist of a white hub, with black rubber tyre, on metal axles.

The base plate is in black plastic (actually the underside of the interior casting) and incorporates the black rear bumper. It is marked with "Mini Moke, Scale 1/43" on two lines to the centre top and "Universal Hobbies, Made in China" on two lines to the centre bottom. It is held in place by two tiny self tapping screws.

The Lotus 7 model is based on a left hand drive D'Agostini Lotus 7. It has a green body with yellow nose cone and minimal details cast in to the body casting (side lights and body lines), separate front head lights with clear lenses set into a chromed and black surround, separate windscreen, and individual red rear light lenses. It carries a rudimentary depiction of the front and rear suspension, gearbox, and exhaust system, and is marked with "D'Agostini   1/43" to the centre top and "Lotus 7" to the centre bottom.
