This model is the Miniature Vehicles (HK) 610-C Euclid Dump Truck in blue and yellow plastic. It comes in its original green and brown "Matchbox", striker style packaging. It is a copy of the MB6-a.
The model has all detail cast into the main body casting. At the front the grille and headlights have been highlighted in silver. The read dumper is in yellow plastic. There is no interior and no glazing.
There is no base, however the underside of the cab protector on the rear dumper is marked with "No. 610C,Made in, Hong Kong" on three lines.
The wheels are white plastic, one piece units, mounted on steel axles, domed on one end and crimped on the other. The axles pass through special rounded columns protruding down from the body casting.
Probably issued in the late 1960s or during the 1970s.
