This model is the Matchbox Yesteryear Y22-1-A-4 Ford Model A Van (1930) in red Tiatsa Museum 20th Anniversary livery. Produced as a limited edition model, the model was issued to coincide with the 1983 20th Anniversary of the opening of the Museum. Only 500 were issued. This model comes packed in its original straw coloured box with labels on the rear indicating it is a limited edition promotional model.
The model has no opening parts. The vehicle cab roof is raised panel Type "2" in red, the rear van roof is type "A" in black, and the seats are fawn plastic. The decals are specially designed - a white rear body side decal that reads "Tiatsa Model Transport Museum Anniversary" around the outside of the oval, a large "20" in the centre of the oval, and a curling ribbon decal across the rear doors, in white, that reads "25,000 Models, Statford, -Upon-Avon". This model is based on the difficult-to-find issue 8 with the Matchbox International base. The glazing is clear.

This Code 3 Promotional model was issued circa 1983 as a limited edition of 500. The model carries no indication of its issue number although the box has a pair of added paper labels on the rear stating "Limited Edition, of 500 Die-cast Promotional, Anniversary Models, from Tiatsa Model Car, Museum Stratford-Upon-Avon, England" in bold on 6 lines with "This model has been modified from a Match Box Model" in italics on the seventh line (the incorrect reference to a "Match Box" model is how the label is printed). The second label contains a representation of the side decals used on the van. It has a stated scale of 1:40.
