This model is the Corgi 262-A-2 Lincoln Continental Limousine in blue with Tan roof.
At the front there is a chrome grille and bumper with twin, inset jeweled lenses for the headlights. Above this the word "Continental" is cast into the front of the bonnet and immediately behind this is the bonnet lid which opens to reveal a chromed engine. There are two opening doors on each side. To the rear is an opening boot lid, below which is another chromed bumper and lights component with the rear lights being painted in red.
The interior is blue plastic with a left hand drive, blue plastic steering wheel cast into the chromed dashboard. The rear interior has a "TV" screen (missing the movie image) cast into the rear of the front seats. The floors have a flock finish to simulate carpet (as does the boot interior). Only the front windscreen and two middle side windows have green glazing. The doors and rear screen have no glazing.
All wheels have one piece spun hubs with a black "rubber" tyre.
The base plate is grey painted metal and is marked with "CORGI TOYS" at the centre top, "Made in GT. Britain" on two lines to the top, just forward of the rear axle, and "Lincoln Continental, with Lehmann-Peterson Bodywork" on two lines at the centre bottom. The middle of the base is taken up with the battery compartment (missing lid). The base plate is held in place with three machined rivets, two in the front and one in the rear.
Issued September 1967 to 1969.
